We are committed to protecting your privacy.

We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations) (GDPR).

We collect information about you in order to provide you with the best possible service and to ensure safety and compliance with the law. If you wish to enter the venue, you are required to volunteer certain data that is subject to GDPR. This will be kept securely and deleted after our lawful use has expired.

If we send you an e-mail in the future, we will give you the chance to refuse any further marketing email from us or to agree that we can contact you from time to time.

The type of information we may collect about you includes (but is not limited to): CCTV recordings, your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us.

If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. You have the right to request us to delete all retained information which we will carry out, subject only to any necessary requirements for the business, requirement to comply with the law or to resolve any issues.

We will never sell your details or pass them on to 3rd parties except in cases where the 3rd party is processing the data for us, in which case we will ensure the integrity of the security.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our venue or website. This can include using a “cookie” which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
